En T-mapp estamos felices de acompañar la expansión de una fintech global líder en remesas que ya domina mercados en África y Asia. Tras una exitosa Serie B, hoy su foco es conquistar el corredor EE. UU. Latinoamérica, y buscamos a los líderes que encabezarán este crecimiento desde México.

Buscamos a una persona con mentalidad de "Country Manager" para facilitar el crecimiento en esta región central. Este rol es para alguien hands-on que no solo gestione agencias, sino que ejecute, optimice y se apropie del crecimiento de usuarios en México y Centroamérica.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Crecimiento de Usuarios: Diseñarás y ejecutarás la estrategia de adquisición de nuevos remitentes (new senders) para México y Centroamérica.
  • Performance & Data: Operarás canales de adquisición, optimizando el CAC y evaluando el ROI con una mentalidad orientada a datos.
  • Experience Marketing: Liderarás estrategias de "marketing de experiencias" y colaboraciones con diversos influencers para generar confianza en la comunidad latina.
  • Gestión de Partners: Coordinarás agencias externas, aliados locales y "community champions" para escalar la operación de forma agresiva.
  • Enfoque Profesional: Mantendrás un abordaje de mercado formal y alineado con los estándares de excelencia de la compañía.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia Fintech: De 6 a 8 años en roles de Growth, Marketing de Performance o Expansión, idealmente en remesas o pagos digitales.
  • Idiomas: Inglés y Español avanzados (indispensable) para reportar al Country Head y coordinar con equipos globales.
  • Perfil "Doer": Capacidad demostrada para lanzar campañas, interpretar datos y tomar decisiones rápidas en entornos de startup.
  • Conocimiento Regional: Entendimiento profundo de la cultura mexicana, centroamericana y la diáspora latina en EE. UU..
  • Habilidades Blandas: Alta inteligencia emocional, autonomía y flexibilidad para viajar a activaciones de marketing (requiere Visa).
