Reconocida compañía multinacional líder en el sector de alimentos y soluciones B2B, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Gerente Comercial de Ingredientes y especialidades (alimentos) en Bogotá con alcance nacional, quien será responsable de desarrollar nuevos negocios, abrir clientes y gestionar cuentas clave, con un fuerte enfoque comercial y de trabajo en campo.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar nuevos negocios B2B, identificando oportunidades comerciales alineadas con la propuesta de valor de la compañía.
  • Prospectar clientes en frío y construir relaciones comerciales sólidas, estando constantemente en campo (visitas a clientes, plantas de producción, puntos de venta, cafeterías y panaderías Gourmet, etc.).
  • Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave, desde la identificación de la oportunidad hasta el cierre del negocio y el seguimiento postventa.
  • Entender la operación y necesidades del cliente para proponer soluciones técnicas y comerciales adecuadas (Tailor-made).
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos internos para asegurar una correcta ejecución comercial y cumplimiento de acuerdos.
  • Cumplir y superar metas comerciales, con una fuerte orientación a resultados y crecimiento rentable del negocio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional graduado en carreras afines al área comercial, administrativa, negocios o a fines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, idealmente como Gerente, KAM Sr. o Desarrollo de Negocios.
  • Experiencia comprobada en venta consultiva B2B y desarrollo de clientes desde cero, en empresas que vendan insumos/materia prima para alimentos y/o cuidado personal. (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Perfil altamente comercial, hunter y de calle, con gusto por la prospección, la negociación y el cierre de negocios.
  • Capacidad para entender la dinámica operativa del cliente y traducirla en oportunidades comerciales.
  • Alta ambición de crecimiento profesional y deseo de construir una carrera de largo plazo dentro de la organización.
