Estamos acompañando a una de las fintech más relevantes y mejor posicionadas en Latinoamérica, que se ha enfocado en facilitar pagos, gestión de dinero y acceso a servicios financieros de forma digital.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento financiero del negocio, combinando visión de inversión, desarrollo de productos financieros y expansión de revenue streams.

En tu día a día:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento (growth) desde una perspectiva financiera y de negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansión (nuevos productos, verticales, mercados o alianzas estratégicas).
  • Liderar iniciativas de inversión, estructuración financiera y levantamiento de capital (si aplica).
  • Gestionar el P&L del negocio o de la unidad, con foco en rentabilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Trabajar de la mano con equipos de producto, data, comercial y tecnología para asegurar ejecución efectiva.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones con stakeholders clave (inversionistas, partners, leadership team).
  • Construir y liderar equipos de alto desempeño, con mentalidad analítica y orientada a resultados.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • + 10 años de experiencia en banca de inversión, fondos (private equity, venture capital) o roles de finanzas estratégicas, en posiciones de liderazgo.
  • Haber transitado hacia roles de growth, estrategia o liderazgo dentro de fintechs o compañías tecnológicas.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y financiera (modelación, evaluación de inversiones, unit economics, etc.).
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas complejas con impacto directo en crecimiento y revenue.
  • Exposición a entornos dinámicos, de alta ambigüedad y rápido crecimiento.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando de forma cross-funcional.
