Reconocida compañía del sector metalmecánico está en búsqueda de su Ingeniero de Metalmecánica y Línea de Ensamble en Soacha que liderará la industrialización de nuevos productos y procesos metalmecánicos, garantizando el diseño, desarrollo e implementación eficiente de piezas metálicas fabricadas mediante troquelado, mecanizado CNC y tornos automáticos.

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Planta, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Investigar, liderar y desarrollar la industrialización de nuevos productos y procesos metalmecánicos, desde el diseño hasta la implementación eficiente de piezas metálicas.
  • Diseñar y optimizar dispositivos, herramientas y soluciones de automatización que incrementen la eficiencia en líneas de ensamble o mejoren componentes existentes.
  • Asegurar la calidad, productividad y el uso eficaz de los recursos asignados en el proceso de manufactura.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, de Producción o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años comprobables en diseño e industrialización de piezas troqueladas y mecanizadas (CNC, tornos revólver, tornos automáticos).
  • Dominio de diseño mecánico 3D/2D en software CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor o similar), programación de máquinas CNC y generación de códigos G.
  • Conocimiento en materiales metálicos, procesos de mecanizado, metrología, control estadístico y metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
