Reconocida compañía multinacional especializada en logística internacional y agenciamiento de carga está en búsqueda de su Inside Sales & Operations Executive en Cartagena, quien tendrá el reto de acompañar integralmente la gestión comercial y operativa de la unidad de freight forwarding, asegurando el seguimiento de los negocios y operaciones de principio a fin.

  • Trabajarás de la mano con el Gerente Comercial, participando activamente en el desarrollo y seguimiento de clientes y operaciones.

Reportando directamente al Gerente Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Realizar seguimiento a propuestas, cotizaciones, clientes y oportunidades comerciales, apoyando directamente al Gerente Comercial.
  • Gestionar el seguimiento operativo, comercial y de postventa de las cargas de principio a fin.
  • Mantener comunicación y coordinación con líneas navieras, proveedores y clientes para garantizar la correcta ejecución de las operaciones.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en freight forwarding, agencias de carga, logística internacional, agencias marítimas o sectores relacionados.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de importación/exportación, temas aduaneros, arancelarios y operativos relacionados con carga internacional.
  • Conocimiento y relacionamiento con líneas navieras y proveedores del sector.
  • Manejo de inglés para desenvolverse adecuadamente dentro de la industria.
