Reconocida compañía de manufactura industrial se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Director Administrativo y de Gestión Humana, quien será responsable de dirigir, planear y controlar los procesos administrativos y de talento humano de la organización, garantizando eficiencia operativa, cumplimiento normativo, sostenibilidad financiera y el desarrollo del talento, alineados con la estrategia corporativa.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia administrativa y de talento humano, alineada con el plan estratégico de la organización
  • Liderar la planeación financiera operativa, incluyendo presupuesto administrativo, control de gastos y optimización de recursos
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento legal laboral y normativo en todos los procesos de la organización
  • Definir la estructura organizacional, políticas internas y lineamientos administrativos
  • Implementar modelos de gestión por indicadores (KPIs) para las áreas administrativas y de talento humano
  • Liderar procesos de transformación cultural y gestión del cambio dentro de la organización
  • Liderar procesos de reclutamiento, selección e integración de nuevos colaboradores
  • Gestionar nómina, compensación y beneficios
  • Implementar modelos de evaluación de desempeño y desarrollo organizacional
  • Desarrollar planes de capacitación, desarrollo y sucesión
  • Fortalecer la cultura organizacional y el clima laboral

Responsabilidades administrativas

  • Supervisar presupuesto administrativo, compras, contratos y gestión de proveedores
  • Controlar y optimizar los gastos operativos (OPEX administrativo)
  • Gestionar infraestructura, activos, servicios generales y recursos organizacionales
  • Asegurar la correcta administración documental y control de procesos internos
  • Coordinar procesos de auditoría interna y cumplimiento normativo
  • Impulsar la optimización de procesos mediante digitalización y automatización

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Psicología
  • Especialización en Gestión Humana o áreas relacionadas
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo administrativo y de gestión humana
  • Experiencia como Gerente Administrativo o en roles similares, preferiblemente en compañías multinacionales o estructuras organizacionales complejas
  • Conocimiento en gestión administrativa, control presupuestal, legislación laboral y desarrollo organizacional
