Reconocida compañía multinacional líder en el sector salud, especializada en productos farmacéuticos y nutrición clínica, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Jefe Comercial Regional - Distribuidores y Exportación (Pharma) en Bogotá, quien se va a encargar de liderar la red de distribuidores en Centroamérica y Caribe para vender los productos de nutrición clínica y medicamentos hospitalarios de la empresa.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Ejecutar el plan de negocios anual y las estrategias comerciales corporativas para alcanzar las metas de volumen de ventas, margen de rentabilidad e indicadores financieros (P&L y capital de trabajo) en los países asignados.
  • Coordinar, potenciar y hacer seguimiento continuo a los socios de negocio y distribuidores internacionales en CAM y el Caribe.
  • Liderar negociaciones comerciales, fijación de precios, acuerdos de inversión en marketing y lanzamientos de nuevos productos en cada territorio.
  • Analizar el entorno macroeconómico, dinámicas competitivas y normativas locales de regulación y calidad que puedan impactar la operación.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con líderes de opinión (KOLs), ejecutivos del sector privado y autoridades/administradores de instituciones gubernamentales y clínicas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente por la región para visitas a clientes, proveedores y sedes de cada país.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Gestión Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando ventas e inteligencia comercial en el sector salud (Pharma/Medicamentos Intravenosos/ Nutrición Enteral o Parenteral) (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando mercados de Centroamérica y el Caribe mediante modelos de distribuidores e instituciones hospitalarias/clínicas (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Disponibilidad y disposición para viajar constantemente por Centroamérica y el Caribe.
  • Perfil fuertemente orientado a resultados, planificación estratégica, análisis financiero, capacidad de negociación internacional y adaptabilidad.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 - C1 (EXCLUYENTE).
