Reconocida compañía especializada en la comercialización y distribución de autopartes y refacciones vehiculares se encuentra en búsqueda de su Jefe de Almacenes y Logística en Ciudad de México, quien será responsable de liderar y estructurar la operación directa, asegurando eficiencia, orden y cumplimiento en los procesos de recepción, control de inventarios y distribución.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar y asegurar el correcto flujo de la mercancía, supervisando la recepción de contenedores, el almacenamiento y la exactitud de inventarios.
  • Coordinar el despacho oportuno de pedidos, garantizando la correcta preparación, facturación, ruteo eficiente y la negociación con proveedores de transporte para asegurar el nivel de servicio.
  • Liderar la estructura del equipo operativo, asegurando la correcta asignación de responsabilidades y estableciendo indicadores de desempeño para lograr el cumplimiento de las metas del almacén.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia liderando operaciones logísticas y de almacén de alto volumen, preferiblemente en la industria automotriz, de autopartes o en grandes operadores de distribución.
  • Gestión operativa, con enfoque en el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo y el control exacto de inventarios amplios.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión (WMS/ERP).
  • Orientación analítica para establecer y medir KPIs.
  • Gestión de distribución y logística liderando la coordinación de despachos, el diseño de rutas, entre otras.
