Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un profesional responsable de coordinar y supervisar los recursos y actividades de la operación de distribución, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, estándares de seguridad y calidad definidos por la organización. Tendrá a su cargo un equipo de aproximadamente 5 a 10 personas y será responsable de gestionar la operación, sus indicadores, presupuesto y oportunidades de mejora.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Programar y supervisar las operaciones de distribución, asegurando el correcto flujo de la cadena de abastecimiento y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados con los clientes.
  • Evaluar y controlar los indicadores de gestión, identificando oportunidades de mejora y acciones para incrementar la productividad de la operación.
  • Elaborar propuestas de servicios de distribución para clientes actuales y potenciales, contribuyendo al crecimiento y fortalecimiento de la cartera.
  • Coordinar y controlar los procesos de facturación asociados a los servicios de distribución.
  • Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto operativo, realizando seguimiento a los estados financieros, gastos y rentabilidad de las operaciones.
  • Impulsar la implementación de proyectos Lean orientados a la eficiencia y mejora continua.
  • Atender y resolver consultas y reclamos de clientes internos y externos, garantizando una respuesta oportuna y manteniendo los niveles de servicio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, idealmente en empresas de distribución y transporte, preferiblemente en compañías de consumo masivo.
  • Conocimiento en logística y operaciones de transporte.
  • Manejo de indicadores de gestión y productividad.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de información logística, idealmente TMS.
  • Experiencia en gestión contractual y seguimiento de niveles de servicio (SLA).
  • Conocimientos en gestión financiera de negocios y P&L.
  • Manejo básico de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacidad para liderar equipos de alto desempeño.
  • Orientación a resultados, resolución de problemas con sentido de urgencia, perseverancia y actitud de crecimiento.
  • Fuerte orientación al servicio y apertura a la innovación y mejora continua.
