Reconocida compañía del sector de consumo masivo con una marca icónica y de alta conexión emocional con las familias colombianas, está en búsqueda de su Jefe de Expansión – Tiendas Retail en Bogotá – Mosquera, que lidere la evolución y expansión del modelo de tiendas retail, construyendo la propuesta de valor y el modelo de negocio desde cero, con alto impacto estratégico y visibilidad ante gerencia.

  • Proyecto destination store: liderarás la evolución del punto Mosquera hacia una experiencia de marca diferencial para familias.

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Unidad de Negocio, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar el plan de expansión y apertura de nuevas tiendas en ubicaciones estratégicas , incluyendo validación de ubicaciones, recursos, diseño y ejecución.
  • Definir y construir la propuesta de valor y el modelo de negocio retail 100% propio, gestionando el presupuesto del piloto inicial y asegurando resultados medibles.
  • Liderar la evolución de la tienda Mosquera hacia un concepto destination store, construyendo el business case y gestionando la operación (ventas, inventarios, proveedores e indicadores).

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación profesional en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Ingenierías, Mercadeo o Comunicación.
  • 4 a 5 años de experiencia en retail, con foco en operación de tiendas.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal operativo y ejecución en punto de venta; deseable experiencia en expansión o aperturas.
  • Conocimiento en rentabilidad, ventas y modelo financiero retail, con mentalidad intraemprendedora, resiliencia y orientación a resultados.
