Reconocida compañía líder del sector consumo masivo en Colombia está en búsqueda de su Jefe de Gestión Humana Comercial en Bogotá que lidere la implementación de la estrategia de Gestión Humana para las agencias comerciales a nivel nacional, impulsando el desarrollo del talento, la cultura organizacional y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Relaciones Laborales y Administración de Personal, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la implementación de los procesos integrales de Gestión Humana en las operaciones comerciales a nivel nacional.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de retención, clima organizacional, bienestar y calidad de vida para los colaboradores.
  • Acompañar a líderes comerciales en procesos de desarrollo, gestión de equipos y toma de decisiones relacionadas con personas.
  • Diseñar y revisar estructuras de compensación variable asegurando competitividad, productividad y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Coordinadores de Gestión Humana asignados a las operaciones comerciales.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carreras afines, con estudios de posgrado en Recursos Humanos.
  • Mínimo 9 a 10 años de experiencia laboral y al menos 5 años liderando procesos integrales de Gestión Humana y equipos HRBP.
  • Conocimiento en legislación laboral, SST, indicadores de gestión, manejo de presupuestos y procesos estratégicos de RRHH.
  • Alta capacidad de liderazgo, negociación, comunicación asertiva, influencia y trabajo transversal, idealmente en compañías de consumo masivo.
