¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar y liderar la estrategia integral de marketing, alineada con los objetivos comerciales y de crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Desarrollar campañas omnicanal enfocadas en adquisición, engagement, retención y fidelización de usuarios.
  • Construir y ejecutar planes de marketing basados en el calendario deportivo nacional e internacional, aprovechando eventos de alto impacto para maximizar resultados.
  • Liderar la estrategia digital de la marca, incluyendo pauta en plataformas como Google, Meta, TikTok y otros canales de performance.
  • Supervisar la estrategia de contenidos, redes sociales, posicionamiento digital y reputación de marca.
  • Gestionar iniciativas de Trade Marketing, activaciones en puntos de venta y experiencias presenciales que fortalezcan la conexión con los consumidores.
  • Identificar y desarrollar alianzas estratégicas con medios, marcas, influencers, organizaciones deportivas y otros actores clave del ecosistema.
  • Administrar el presupuesto del área, asegurando una inversión eficiente y orientada al retorno.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y generar análisis que permitan optimizar campañas y acelerar el crecimiento del negocio.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar un equipo multidisciplinario de marketing, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, agilidad y orientación a resultados.
  • Representar a la compañía en eventos, activaciones y espacios estratégicos de relacionamiento dentro de la industria.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización, maestría o MBA en Marketing Estratégico, Marketing Digital, Gestión Deportiva o áreas relacionadas.
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de marketing en posiciones de jefatura o coordinación senior.
  • Experiencia en compañías de consumo masivo, retail, entretenimiento, agencias de publicidad o entornos altamente dinámicos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en marketing digital, performance marketing, CRM, automatización y herramientas de analítica.
  • Experiencia gestionando presupuestos de marketing y evaluando el impacto de campañas mediante KPIs de negocio.
  • Dominio de plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics y Looker Studio.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2), especialmente para lectura y manejo de plataformas digitales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial y participar en eventos o activaciones cuando el negocio lo requiera.
