Reconocida compañía mexicana dedicada a la venta de alimentos B2B está en búsqueda de su Jefe(a) de Reclutamiento y Selección en Monterrey, con responsabilidad principal de asegurar la cobertura efectiva de vacantes y elevar la calidad de contratación. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en organizar, estandarizar y mejorar los procesos de selección, y a partir de esa base, construir y fortalecer frentes complementarios de Talento Humano (bienestar, capacitación y salud ocupacional) alineados al crecimiento de la operación.

Reportando directamente a la Dirección General, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar el reclutamiento y selección end-to-end (perfiles operativos, administrativos y mandos medios), garantizando cobertura oportuna y calidad en la contratación.
  • Ejecutar entrevistas por competencias, aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicotécnicas y elaboración de conceptos técnicos.
  • Estandarizar y fortalecer el proceso de selección: levantamiento de perfiles, filtros, metodología, formatos, criterios y trazabilidad.
  • Gestionar y optimizar fuentes de reclutamiento (bolsas, referidos, hunting, convenios), asegurando eficiencia y calidad del pipeline.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de selección (tiempo de cobertura, efectividad de fuentes, rotación temprana, calidad de contratación).
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras, cambios y nuevos procesos que aumenten la efectividad del área y la experiencia del candidato.
  • Acompañar la construcción/fortalecimiento de procesos de Talento Humano como bienestar y cultura, capacitación y salud ocupacional, asegurando estructura, proveedores, rutinas e indicadores.
  • Realizar acompañamiento y seguimiento en diferentes sedes o zonas cuando se requiera, con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afines.
  • +3 años de experiencia sólida en reclutamiento y selección (ciclo completo), con dominio de pruebas psicotécnicas y entrevistas por competencias.
  • Experiencia implementando procesos, mejoras o estandarización (ideal: indicadores, metodologías, formatos, políticas).
  • Estabilidad laboral comprobable: buscamos una persona que quiera consolidarse y construir a largo plazo.
  • Comunicación asertiva y capacidad de influencia: carácter, criterio y firmeza para sostener recomendaciones y gestionar cambios.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, organización y seguimiento.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
