Reconocida compañía del sector minero, cotizada en bolsas internacionales, está en búsqueda de su Jefe de Reporte y Consolidación en Medellín, Colombia que asegure la precisión de los estados financieros consolidados bajo IFRS/NIIF y el cumplimiento de estándares para mercados bursátiles internacionales.

Reportando directamente al Corporate Controller, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Elaborar y consolidar estados financieros trimestrales y anuales bajo NIIF/IFRS, así como preparar las notas y revelaciones requeridas para mercados públicos.
  • Liderar la gestión contable y el cierre financiero de entidades internacionales del grupo en sistemas como QuickBooks.
  • Respaldar los procesos de auditoría externa y la documentación de controles internos bajo normatividad SOX.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título profesional como Contador Público con más de 8 a 10 años de experiencia en contabilidad, consolidación y reporte financiero.
  • Experiencia previa en sectores de minería, energía, construcción o auditoría externa en firmas multinacionales (Big 4).
  • Dominio de NIIF/IFRS (consolidación, conversión de moneda extranjera), Excel avanzado y QuickBooks/ERPs.
  • Nivel de inglés conversacional (B1/B2 o superior) que te permita participar activamente en reuniones con equipos internacionales. (Excluyente)
  • Grandes habilidades de adaptabilidad, empatía y orientación al trabajo en equipo.
