Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Key Account Manager (KAM) B2B para liderar la gestión comercial, renovación y fidelización (Farmer) de cuentas clave corporativas en soluciones de renting.

Propósito del Cargo

Garantizar la gestión integral, renovación y crecimiento continuo de la cartera de clientes corporativos asignada (Farmer), asegurando la viabilidad financiera, operativa y logística de las soluciones comerciales prestadas, así como el cumplimiento de los indicadores de colocación e ingresos de la compañía.

Perfil del Candidato (Requisitos Mínimos)

  • Formación Académica: Profesional graduado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia (en los últimos 3 años laborales) en ventas B2B de productos o servicios vinculados a: Renting de vehículos, flotas corporativas (automóviles, buses, camiones) o soluciones logísticas. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia específica como Comercial Farmer (fidelización, desarrollo y retención de cuentas clave B2B).
  • Trayectoria Comercial Comprobada: Demostrar cumplimiento constante de indicadores y un historial comprobable de altos volúmenes de colocación y ventas B2B anuales.
  • Conocimientos: Interés y dominio del sector de movilidad, flotas e indicadores clave de gestión comercial B2B.

Responsabilidades Principales

  1. Gestión de Cartera B2B: Administrar, retener y potenciar las cuentas clave asignadas mediante un acompañamiento comercial consultivo de alto nivel.
  2. Renovación y Retención: Gestionar oportunamente las renovaciones de contratos garantizando altos porcentajes de efectividad y la permanencia de los clientes.
  3. Mapeo y Crecimiento de Negocios: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de colocación dentro de los clientes actuales para ampliar la penetración de servicios.
  4. Entendimiento Operativo y Financiero: Comprender a detalle la operación, finanzas y logística del modelo de renting para ofrecer soluciones adaptadas a la necesidad de cada cliente.
  5. Seguimiento a Metas e Indicadores: Manejar herramientas CRM e indicadores de desempeño para el cumplimiento riguroso del plan comercial.
