Reconocida compañía de consumo masivo (sector alimentos) con operación nacional en canal moderno está en búsqueda de su KAM Canal Moderno (Grupo Exito) que garantice el desarrollo integral del negocio mediante la negociación y gestión del relacionamiento con grandes cadenas.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Conocer y gestionar el detalle de la operación en oficina central y PDI; trabajar de la mano con Cadena de Abastecimiento.
  • Ejecutar trabajo de campo semanal: validar precios, inventarios, exhibiciones y ejecución.
  • Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de negociaciones (sistema + terreno), identificar oportunidades y activar planes de acción.
  • Analizar información de canal y mercado con Trade/Mercadeo para acelerar decisiones.
  • Potenciar operadores logísticos y aliados con apoyo de Regionales para el logro de objetivos.
  • Proveer información y herramientas a Trade/Operaciones para asegurar la ejecución de lo negociado.
  • Actualizar y asegurar políticas/procedimientos del área y simplificar herramientas para el equipo.
  • Aplicar solución de problemas de raíz, revisar precios vs EDI, hacer seguimiento a PAC/Extrapac y cartera, y controlar devoluciones con planes efectivos.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional universitario en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
  • 5 años de experiencia en grandes superficies (canal moderno - Grupo Exito) del sector alimentos/consumo masivo.
  • Excel avanzado, herramientas Office, SAP y manejo de inventarios.
  • Conocimientos de convenios comerciales, análisis de cifras/estadísticas, negociación, finanzas aplicadas (ratios) y relacionamiento/influencia transversal.
