Reconocida compañía de consumo masivo está en búsqueda de su KAM - Gerente Nacional de Cadenas Regionales - Base: Bogotá (con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional) que lidere la estrategia comercial de cadenas regionales a nivel nacional, garantizando el desarrollo sostenible de las cuentas, el fortalecimiento de las relaciones comerciales y el crecimiento rentable del canal.

Reportando directamente: Gerente Comercial de Canales, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Estrategia y Gestión de Cuentas: Diseñar, implementar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para aproximadamente 20 cadenas regionales a nivel nacional.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir y hacer acompañamiento permanente en campo a 5 Ejecutivos Comerciales, impulsando su desarrollo y desempeño en las regiones.
  • Negociación y Planeación: Construir y ejecutar Joint Business Plans (JBP) y liderar negociaciones orientadas a generar acuerdos comerciales sostenibles.
  • Análisis Financiero: Analizar y gestionar el P&G (Profit & Loss) del canal, velando por la rentabilidad del negocio y el crecimiento rentable.
  • Expansión del Negocio: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en nuevos formatos y canales con una visión estratégica y de largo plazo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia en Consumo Masivo: Experiencia sólida liderando cuentas regionales o nacionales y cuentas estratégicas con cobertura nacional dentro del sector de consumo masivo.
  • Liderazgo Comercial: Experiencia comprobada liderando y desarrollando equipos comerciales en el área de ventas.
  • Habilidades de Negociación Avanzada: Conocimiento en negociación con cadenas regionales, planeación comercial, desarrollo de clientes y construcción/seguimiento de JBP.
  • Enfoque Estratégico y Financiero: Capacidad para gestionar indicadores financieros (P&G) y desarrollar estrategias enfocadas en crecimiento rentable y no solo en esquemas promocionales o descuentos.
