Reconocida compañía está en búsqueda de su KAM Senior Hard Discount en Bogotá, que será responsable de liderar la gestión integral de cuentas estratégicas como D1, Ara y Dollarcity, impulsando el crecimiento rentable del negocio mediante la optimización de márgenes, rentabilidad, eficiencias operativas y fortalecimiento de relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

  • Trabajarás con alta visibilidad organizacional, participando en negociaciones estratégicas y decisiones clave para el desarrollo del portafolio.

Reportando directamente al Gerente Comercial de Canales, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la gestión comercial y estratégica de cuentas Hard Discount como D1, Ara y Dollarcity.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias enfocadas en mejorar rentabilidad, márgenes y resultados financieros de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Identificar e implementar eficiencias operativas, logísticas, productivas y de portafolio que permitan optimizar costos y fortalecer la competitividad.
  • Gestionar procesos de codificación, expansión de portafolio, desarrollo de categorías y protección de referencias dentro de las cadenas.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes estratégicos, garantizando el cumplimiento operativo, la continuidad del negocio y la generación de nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia sólida como KAM Senior manejando cuentas del canal Hard Discount.
  • Experiencia comprobada negociando y desarrollando negocios con D1, Ara y/o Dollarcity.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en P&L, construcción de rentabilidad, márgenes, costeo, términos financieros y análisis de negocio.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de optimización de costos, eficiencias logísticas, desarrollo de categorías, codificación y expansión de portafolio.
