Reconocida institución de atención hospitalaria se encuentra en búsqueda de su Líder Administrativo y Financiero, BASE QUITO, ECUADOR, deseable trayectoria profesional en compañías y/o instituciones del sector salud o afines, quien será responsable de liderar integralmente la gestión administrativa y financiera de la organización, garantizando la sostenibilidad, eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento normativo, a través del análisis estratégico de la información financiera y una adecuada gestión de riesgos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y supervisar integralmente la gestión financiera y administrativa de la clínica, garantizando sostenibilidad, eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Revisar y aprobar los estados financieros, controlar el flujo económico y financiero, así como liderar la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto anual y del Plan de Gestión institucional.
  • Gestionar la cartera de clientes, inversiones financieras y el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias, laborales y regulatorias ante entidades de control.
  • Supervisar los procesos de adquisiciones, contratos, inventarios, activos fijos y administración de recursos físicos, tecnológicos y logísticos de la institución.
  • Elaborar reportes financieros y de gestión para Gerencia, Consejo de Dirección y organismos superiores, participando además en comités estratégicos y en la construcción de la memoria anual institucional.
  • Diseñar e implementar políticas, procedimientos y estrategias orientadas a la optimización de recursos, mejora continua, fortalecimiento organizacional y control interno.
  • Apoyar a la alta dirección en el direccionamiento estratégico institucional, promoviendo la articulación entre las áreas administrativas y asistenciales y una adecuada gestión de riesgos.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública, Economía o carreras afines, con especialización o maestria en finanzas, auditoría o gestión en salud.
  • 5 a 7 años de experiencia, mínimo 3 años en cargos de liderazgo administrativo y financiero, preferiblemente en instituciones del sector salud o afines.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en planeación y análisis financiero, elaboración e interpretación de estados financieros bajo NIIF, control presupuestal, tesorería, flujo de caja, evaluación de inversiones y gestión de riesgos financieros.
  • Experiencia en gestión administrativa integral, incluyendo compras, contratación, inventarios, activos fijos, infraestructura hospitalaria, servicios generales y optimización de procesos.
  • Manejo de normativa tributaria, laboral y de seguridad social ecuatoriana, así como liderazgo de equipos, planeación estratégica, control interno, elaboración de informes gerenciales e implementación de estrategias de mejora continua y fortalecimiento organizacional.
