Reconocida compañía multinacional de IT, especializada en soluciones tecnológicas y biometría, está en búsqueda de su Líder de Arquitectura de Soluciones/Software en Bogotá, quien será responsable de encabezar la estrategia arquitectónica técnica y liderar al equipo de arquitectura, asegurando la escalabilidad, la comunicación fluida entre múltiples plataformas y los más altos estándares de seguridad integral antes de la fase de construcción.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y gestionar el equipo de Arquitectura de Soluciones, actuando como la máxima autoridad técnica y orientando el desarrollo e integración de proyectos.
  • Diseñar la arquitectura técnica integral y definir los modelos de comunicación para conectar múltiples plataformas y aplicaciones.
  • Garantizar la seguridad desde el diseño (Security by Design — Zero Trust, OAuth2, TLS), la alta disponibilidad y la alineación con estándares corporativos.
  • Generar, supervisar y mantener la documentación técnica clave, incluyendo diagramas de arquitectura, HLD y LLD.
  • Definir y supervisar las políticas de integración mediante APIs y herramientas de mensajería/eventos (como Kafka).
  • Evaluar y definir estrategias de despliegue e infraestructura híbrida (entornos Nube AWS/Azure y data centers locales/gubernamentales).
  • Promover la mejora continua de las prácticas del área, la optimización de los diseños técnicos y la gestión eficiente de recursos y presupuestos de aplicaciones.
  • Coordinar y mantener una comunicación fluida con stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios a nivel global.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional graduado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software o carreras afines.
  • Especialización o Maestría en tecnología, software o arquitectura (Deseable).
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia general en el sector IT, de 2 a 3 años en roles de liderazgo de arquitectura técnica/soluciones y liderando o gestionando equipos de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos técnicos clave: Sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Event-Driven). Gestión de APIs, modelos de integración y herramientas tipo Kafka. Dominio en entornos Cloud (AWS/Azure) e infraestructura híbrida/data centers. Seguridad técnica (Security by Design, Zero Trust, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, TLS). Interacción estratégica con entornos DevOps/CI-CD a nivel arquitectónico.
  • Nivel de inglés B2/C1 (Excluyente).
