The posting

Nuestro cliente es una compañía nacional del sector energético y de combustibles, con una operación de alto volumen y una clara proyección de crecimiento. Buscamos un Líder de Operaciones y Logística que fortalezca la gestión diaria de la cadena de abastecimiento y asegure una ejecución ágil, organizada y confiable.

Esta posición tendrá un rol táctico clave, conectando al equipo logístico con clientes, transportadores, planta y diferentes áreas internas, mientras la Dirección de Logística concentra sus esfuerzos en la planeación y evolución estratégica del negocio.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Coordinar la recepción de pedidos, facturación, abastecimiento y programación de despachos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
  • Liderar el equipo de auxiliares logísticos y conductores, definiendo prioridades, distribuyendo cargas de trabajo y promoviendo una ejecución eficiente.
  • Supervisar inventarios, documentación y movimientos de producto, garantizando consistencia y trazabilidad de la información.
  • Articular la operación con clientes, transportadores, planta y áreas como Comercial, Finanzas, Contabilidad y HSEQ.
  • Gestionar novedades y situaciones críticas, anticipando riesgos y tomando decisiones oportunas para mantener la continuidad del servicio.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión de los registros en SICOM y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos regulatorios aplicables.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión, identificar oportunidades y liderar mejoras que reduzcan errores, reprocesos y tiempos de respuesta.
  • Apoyar a la Dirección de Logística en la estandarización de procesos y optimización de recursos.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Producción o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en logística, abastecimiento, distribución o almacenamiento, liderando equipos y procesos.
  • Experiencia en operaciones con altos volúmenes de inventario, despachos, transporte y trazabilidad.
  • Experiencia en combustibles o hidrocarburos será altamente valorada. También consideraremos perfiles de sectores como químicos, alimentos, consumo masivo, transporte, distribución u operaciones industriales.
  • Conocimientos en inventarios, facturación y documentación logística.
  • Manejo de ERP, Excel intermedio/avanzado e indicadores de gestión. Experiencia con Oracle NetSuite será un plus.
  • Experiencia en SICOM será deseable, no excluyente.
  • Conocimiento de procesos regulatorios y capacidad para trabajar bajo estándares de control y cumplimiento.
