Reconocida entidad educativa privada (ESAL) con enfoque internacional, trayectoria en educación formal y un entorno de trabajo altamente institucional, está en búsqueda de su Líder de Talento Humano en Bogotá, un rol clave para garantizar el cumplimiento laboral, la operación de nómina y la gestión integral de SST en una comunidad educativa (docentes, administrativos y directivos)

¿Por qué aplicar a esta posición?

  • Tendrás un rol estratégico y a la vez muy operativo, con impacto directo en la estabilidad y bienestar de toda la institución.
  • Liderarás un frente crítico: nómina end-to-end (liquidación, validación, pago, seguridad social y parafiscales).
  • Serás la cabeza de SG-SST, con visibilidad y responsabilidad frente a auditorías y entes de control.
  • Reportarás a la alta dirección, con oportunidad de estructurar procesos, indicadores y mejoras de gestión.
  • ¿Qué harás en esta posición?
  • Liderar integralmente nómina: novedades, liquidación, revisión, pago oportuno, seguridad social, parafiscales, contratos, liquidaciones y retenciones (ideal con sistemas tipo SAP).
  • Gestionar relaciones laborales: atención de casos, requerimientos del personal, procesos disciplinarios y cumplimiento normativo con enfoque legal y humano.
  • Dirigir el SG-SST: implementación, administración, plan anual, gestión de riesgos, coordinación con ARL y seguimiento a exámenes médicos ocupacionales.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración, Derecho, Ing. Industrial, Psicología Organizacional o afines.
  • 5 años en Gestión Humana y 3 años liderando nómina completa.
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementación/administración/auditoría de SG-SST y licencia SST.
  • Especialización y/o certificaciones en Gestión Humana / Derecho Laboral / Nómina / Legislación laboral colombiana (deseable experiencia en sector educativo o social).
