Compañía de certificación digital, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Líder de Registro y Uso de Productos, quién garantizará la ejecución eficiente, ágil y trazable de los procesos de validación de requisitos, configuración técnica y activación segura de los productos y servicios de la compañía, con el fin de garantizar la integridad documental en el repositorio único y el acompañamiento en el primer uso, con el fin de habilitar la continuidad del negocio y una experiencia satisfactoria para el cliente, transformando un contrato firmado en un servicio de calidad activado.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Monitorear y controlar que los procesos relacionados con el ciclo de vida de los servicios acreditados den cumplimiento con los criterios específicos de acreditación, la declaración de prácticas de certificación digital (DPC) y políticas de certificación (PC), así como, el ciclo de vida de los demás productos y servicios dispuestos por la organización.
  • Articular la correcta prestación y ejecución de la gestión de inventarios y de la operación, desde el punto de vista de procesos, registro, logística, activación/desactivación e instalación y configuración de servicios con el fin de optimizar recursos e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Fomentar una cultura de servicio y experiencia del cliente en el área, promoviendo actitudes y acciones orientadas a exceder las expectativas del cliente, con el objetivo de garantizar su satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Asegurar y supervisar el ciclo completo de las ofertas comerciales de negocios asignados asignados a la célula, asegurando que el equipo registre, elabore, controle y entregue las propuestas de manera oportuna, cumpliendo con los procedimientos internos, estándares de calidad y objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
  • Supervisar y validar que se brinde imparcialidad en la entrega de los servicios, la accesibilidad a los sistemas de información para el personal autorizado, y la estricta confidencialidad de los datos e información gestionada a su cargo, de acuerdo con los roles y responsabilidades de cada persona del equipo.
  • Ejecutar el seguimiento y control técnico de los servicios prestados por el operador logístico, asegurando el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales y los niveles de servicio (SLAs) pactados, mediante el análisis de indicadores y la gestión de planes de acción ante desviaciones.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería industrial, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería electrónica o carreras afines. Preferiblemente, postgrado en ingeniería industrial, Proyectos y/o TI en algunas de sus especialidades.
  • Como mínimo cinco 5 años de experiencia en coordinación, gerencia y liderazgo de equipos de operación y tecnología.
  • Experiencia en proyectos en tecnología.
