Nuestro cliente es el ecosistema de comercio electrónico y servicios financieros más grande de América Latina. El equipo de Big Sellers México es el motor que impulsa la adopción de sus soluciones de cobro en los corporativos más relevantes del país.

Hoy buscan fortalecer el equipo de Big Sellers con un perfil senior que combine estructura de consultoría + hambre comercial + visión estratégica de negocio.

No es un rol operativo. Es una apuesta de liderazgo y sucesión en el mediano plazo.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar el equipo de Big Sellers en México.
  • Gestionar 2 gerentes directos (Online & Offline Acquisitions) y un equipo indirecto de +70 personas.
  • Construir pipeline relevante de grandes cuentas corporativas.
  • Elevar el nivel estratégico-comercial del área.
  • Challengear el P&L del segmento y proponer iniciativas que muevan la aguja.
  • Diseñar hipótesis comerciales por industria y convertirlas en planes accionables.
  • Impulsar venta consultiva real (no solo ejecución de producto).
  • Traer palancas claras cuando haya brechas de performance.
  • Sentarse con VPs, Country Manager y stakeholders senior para elevar la conversación.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia combinada en:
  • Consultoría estratégica (ideal) + rol comercial posterior o venta consultiva estructurada con fuerte análisis de negocio.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con grandes corporativos (enterprise).
  • Background en fintech, pagos, acquiring, banca o ecosistema similar.
  • Capacidad demostrada de análisis de datos para toma de decisiones comerciales.
  • Experiencia interactuando con C-Level o VPs.
  • Base en CDMX

Muy valorado:

  • Experiencia en procesamiento de pagos.
  • Network sólido en el ecosistema corporativo mexicano.

  • Adaptar discurso según interlocutor (seller, tesorería, dirección).
  • Vender solución, no producto.
  • Detectar dolor real del cliente y proponer palancas concretas.

  • Elevar la discusión estratégica del equipo.
  • Exigir pensamiento crítico.
  • No solo medir booking, sino generar visión.
  • Mentorear managers para subir el estándar comercial.
