Reconocida compañía internacional de servicios financieros B2B con presencia en Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y España está en búsqueda de su Portfolio Risk & Compliance Analyst en Colombia (Cali) que actúe como el segundo par de ojos del sistema, siendo responsable de la vista consolidada del portafolio, del cumplimiento KYC/AML en las tres jurisdicciones y de la gestión centralizada del seguro de crédito.

  • Construir y auditar: Espacio real para diseñar procesos desde cero, automatizar e investigar la trazabilidad transversal del portafolio más allá de las decisiones individuales.
  • Mando real y agilidad: Estructura plana sin capas de aprobación, autonomía sobre tu frente y decisiones agiles que se toman en días.
  • Curva de aprendizaje acelerada: Aprendizaje profundo en producto (factoring, confirming, supply chain finance), gestión integral de riesgo y estructura financiera.

Reportando directamente al Chief Risk Officer (CRO), sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Monitorear la amplitud del portafolio (exposición por cliente, pagador, industria, país y fuente de fondeo), identificando desviaciones, tendencias y patrones que otros frentes no hayan detectado.
  • Operar los procesos de KYC, AML, screening de sanciones y background checks, garantizando la trazabilidad documental y reconstruyendo la historia crediticia para que ningún cliente opere con información incompleta o vencida.
  • Definir triggers de alerta temprana sobre mora, dilución y concentraciones, además de liderar la gestión centralizada del seguro de crédito y los reportes para el Comité de Portafolio.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • 3+ años en riesgo de portafolio, compliance o control interno en banca o servicios financieros.
  • Mentalidad inquisitiva tipo auditor: capacidad de analizar datos dispersos, cuestionar "qué ocurrió, por qué y si hay trazabilidad", convirtiendo datos en alertas y acciones.
  • Experiencia práctica en KYC/AML y screening de sanciones en múltiples jurisdicciones y Excel avanzado.
  • Inglés avanzado (deseable)
  • Entendimiento de la diferencia del rol: enfoque en la amplitud y monitoreo continuo del libro de crédito (sin intención de aprobar operaciones individuales o sustituir al Underwriter).
