Importante compañía de tecnología e identidad digital busca su Product Owner responsable de liderar la estrategia, desarrollo y evolución de una plataforma B2B de analítica avanzada, inteligencia artificial y prevención de fraude.

Será el encargado de convertir necesidades de clientes y oportunidades de negocio en productos de datos escalables, rentables y alineados con la estrategia de transformación digital de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Definir la visión, roadmap y propuesta de valor del producto.
  • Gestionar y priorizar el backlog, MVPs y nuevas funcionalidades.
  • Liderar productos de analítica avanzada, scoring, IA y prevención de fraude.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de Data Science, Data Engineering, UX/UI, Desarrollo, QA y Arquitectura.
  • Diseñar estrategias de monetización, pricing y crecimiento de soluciones SaaS/API.
  • Liderar pilotos, pruebas de concepto y procesos de cocreación con clientes.
  • Definir y monitorear KPIs de adopción, ingresos, uso y efectividad del producto.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, protección de datos y gobierno de IA.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Ciencia de Datos o afines.
  • Posgrado en Producto Digital, Innovación, Analítica, Negocios o Transformación Digital.
  • Certificación Product Owner, Scrum o Product Management.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de productos digitales, datos o tecnología.
  • Experiencia liderando productos B2B, fintech, regtech, biometría, fraude o analítica avanzada.
  • Experiencia en lanzamiento y escalamiento de productos digitales.
