Reconocida compañía fintech del sector banca digital, está en búsqueda de su Product Owner – CDATs (Pasivos) en Colombia, quién liderará el diseño, lanzamiento y crecimiento rentable del producto de CDATs, asegurando impacto directo en captación y saldos de pasivos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar y evolucionar la estrategia integral del producto, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, segmentación y posicionamiento en el mercado.
  • Asegurar el desempeño financiero del portafolio mediante el seguimiento constante de indicadores de captación, costo de fondeo, margen y rentabilidad.
  • Definir, estructurar y priorizar iniciativas de mejora continua, trabajando articuladamente con equipos técnicos, comerciales y áreas de soporte para garantizar una ejecución ágil y alineada con la estrategia del negocio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia desempeñando cargos como Product Owner o Product Manager en productos de pasivos (CDATs, cuentas, depósitos) en fintech o banca.
  • Profesional graduado de carreras como Contabilidad, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, o a fines.
  • Sólido entendimiento de indicadores financieros y métricas de negocio, conocimiento en negocio, mercado, productos y números (data-driven), con experiencia en análisis de datos para toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para analizar impacto financiero (P&L, rentabilidad, sensibilidad de tasas y costo de fondeo).
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo bajo metodologías ágiles y enfoque data-driven.
