Reconocida compañía del sector financiero digital, enfocada en innovación y transformación digital en banca, está en búsqueda de su Product Owner (PO) – Onboarding Digital en Colombia que liderará la estrategia, evolución y ejecución del proceso de vinculación digital de clientes, garantizando experiencias seguras, eficientes y alineadas al negocio.

Reportando directamente al Business Owner de Persona Natural, sus principales responsabilidades serán

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar el delivery end-to-end del proceso de onboarding digital para clientes persona natural.
  • Definir y optimizar flujos de autenticación, validación y alta de usuarios en plataformas digitales.
  • Gestionar procesos de KYC/KYB, doble autenticación y acceso a productos financieros.
  • Analizar métricas clave como usuarios, conversión a productos y resultados financieros.
  • Gestionar riesgos de fraude y trabajar con equipos de tecnología, diseño y stakeholders

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en carreras afines.
  • Experiencia minima de 4 años como Product Owner Onboarding, PM en KYC/KYB o en banca digital.
  • Conocimiento en autenticación digital, onboarding y prevención de fraude.
  • Fuerte orientación analítica, con experiencia en métricas, usuarios y revenue
