Profesional de Comunicaciones (Crisis & Reputación)

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Profesional de Comunicaciones estratégico y proactivo para unirse a nuestra Dirección de Mercadeo y Comunicaciones. Este rol es fundamental para blindar la reputación institucional, gestionar la relación con medios y ejecutar la narrativa digital de la organización.

Condiciones del Cargo

  • Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días de Home Office / 2 días presenciales en oficina).
  • Tipo de Contrato: Directo con la empresa a Término Fijo.
  • Dependencia: Gerencia de Mercadeo.

Propósito del Rol

Ejecutar y monitorear el plan de comunicaciones integral para posicionar nuestra marca y soluciones tecnológicas. Serás el guardián de la identidad corporativa, asegurando un relacionamiento de alto nivel con medios y una respuesta estratégica ante situaciones de crisis.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestión de Reputación y Crisis: Liderar estrategias para proteger la imagen institucional y monitorear constantemente el sentimiento del sector y la competencia.
  • Relacionamiento con Medios: Construir y mantener vínculos estratégicos con periodistas y líderes de opinión para garantizar coberturas positivas.
  • Estrategia de Contenidos: Redactar comunicados de prensa, boletines, guiones para showrooms y contenido para ecosistemas digitales (Blog, Redes Sociales, Email Marketing).
  • Comunicación de Eventos: Generar impacto en los grupos de interés mediante estrategias de comunicación específicas para eventos y ferias.
  • Control y Auditoría: Supervisar entregables de terceros (agencias), asegurar el cumplimiento de manuales de marca y responder a hallazgos de auditoría para la mejora continua.
  • Reporte Estratégico: Elaborar informes de gestión, KPIs y monitoreo de noticias relevantes para la toma de decisiones de la alta gerencia.

Perfil Requerido

  • Formación: Profesional en Comunicación Social, Periodismo, Comunicación Organizacional o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en áreas de comunicaciones, periodismo o publicidad.
  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en agencias de comunicación u oficinas de prensa, con énfasis en manejo de crisis y reputación de marca.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Relaciones públicas, organización de ruedas de prensa, gestión de eventos y dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas.

  • Pensamiento estratégico y visión analítica del entorno.
  • Capacidad de respuesta bajo presión (Manejo de crisis).
