¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Impulsar la mejora continua a través de metodologías y herramientas de gestión, procesos, acciones correctivas y de mejora, para mantener el modelo integrado de gestión actualizado y alineado con los objetivos organizacionales y el cumplimiento de requisitos normativos y reglamentarios.

  • Asesorar en la adopción de mejores prácticas y herramientas de automatización para optimizar procesos, mitigar riesgos operativos y maximizar la eficacia en la prestación de servicios, bajo un marco de estricto cumplimiento normativo.
  • Optimizar procesos internos mediante metodologías de mejora continua para eliminar ineficiencias, mitigar riesgos y maximizar el valor al cliente, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la sostenibilidad de la mejora.
  • Administrar los documentos del sistema de gestión de acuerdo con lo definido en el proceso, garantizando calidad en la información y el control documental.
  • Estructurar y/o consolidar información relevante de la gestión para la toma de decisiones estratégicas a partir del monitoreo y control de las métricas de desempeño de las metodologías de gestión.
  • Acompañar y asesorar a las áreas en la definición, ejecución y seguimiento de acciones de mejoramiento, de acuerdo con la metodología definida, así como hacer seguimiento para su cierre.
  • Coordinar la logística y el acompañamiento de auditorías, atendiendo los requerimientos de entes de control en tiempo y forma para asegurar el cumplimiento de la planeación y los estándares de calidad.
  • Cumplir lo definido en el modelo integrado de gestión, los procesos y la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo según el nivel de cargo.
  • Ejecutar las actividades planteadas en los planes acción determinados para subsanar las observaciones y hallazgos de las diferentes auditorías.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o carreras afines.
  • Preferiblemente, con especialización en sistemas de gestión o planeación estratégica.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de mejora continua, tales como: Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, entre otras, preferiblemente con certificación en alguna de estas metodologías. Así como conocimientos en metodologías y herramientas de medición y seguimiento como: KPI, OKR.
  • Manejo de sheets o excel intermedio o avanzado.
  • Preferiblemente, con certificado en green belt o grand bell.
  • Como mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia total en áreas de sistemas de gestión, planeación estratégica, riesgos, mejoramiento continuo, calidad, procesos.
  • Como mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en áreas de sistemas de gestión,calidad, procesos o mejoramiento continuo. De los cuales como mínimo un (1) año de experiencia en automatización de procesos a través de BPM, inteligencia artificial.
