Compañía enfocada en brindar servicios profesionales en construcción se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo profesional de contratación. Quién será el responsable de estructurar, revisar y gestionar los contratos con clientes y proveedores, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la correcta aplicación de las cláusulas contractuales y la administración eficiente de pólizas y requerimientos legales asociados a los proyectos de la compañía.

¿Cuál es tu rol?

  • Estructurar, revisar y negociar contratos con clientes y proveedores, asegurando condiciones claras, justas y alineadas a los intereses de la organización.
  • Elaborar y actualizar cláusulas contractuales conforme a las políticas internas y la legislación vigente.
  • Gestionar las pólizas de cumplimiento, responsabilidad civil y demás garantías requeridas, incluyendo su seguimiento, control y renovación.
  • Apoyar procesos de licitaciones, revisando requerimientos, documentos y términos legales, garantizando la respuesta oportuna y adecuada.
  • Atender requerimientos jurídicos derivados de los contratos o procesos comerciales de manera ágil y efectiva.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con las áreas operativas, financieras y de dirección para garantizar la correcta ejecución contractual.
  • Apoyar funciones relacionadas con cumplimiento normativo, políticas internas y debida diligencia de proveedores o clientes.

¿Qué deberiás tener previamente?

  • Abogado titulado con especialización en Derecho Comercial.
  • Mínimo 3 años en contratación, gestión de pólizas o asuntos legales corporativos, preferiblemente en sectores de ingeniería, construcción o servicios.
  • Plus si se cuenta con experiencia como Oficial de Cumplimiento o en gestión de riesgos legales.
  • Inglés Avanzado Conversacional.

¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Salario entre $4.500.000 a $5.000.000.
  • Híbrido Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm (4 días presenciales y 1 día remoto).
