Reconocida compañía del sector de maquinaria agrícola, está en búsqueda de su Promotor de Ventas / Gestor Comercial en la zona Altiplano y Zona Cafetera de Guatemala, que lidere la gestión comercial, fortalezca el posicionamiento de la marca y desarrolle relaciones con distribuidores y clientes finales.

Reportando directamente al Gerente Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Realizar visitas comerciales, dar seguimiento a clientes, generar nuevos negocios y promover la marca RoyalCondor en la zona asignada.
  • Gestionar inventarios, ejecutar actividades de merchandising, capacitaciones y demostraciones de campo para fortalecer la rotación y visibilidad de los productos.
  • Hacer seguimiento al presupuesto de ventas, recaudo de cartera, análisis de mercado y elaboración de informes para la Gerencia Comercial.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser Perito Agrónomo o Tecnólogo en Ciencias Agropecuarias.
  • Contar con entre 6 meses y 1 año de experiencia en procesos comerciales de maquinaria agrícola o sectores relacionados.
  • Tener competencias comerciales, orientación al cliente, dinamismo y facilidad para establecer relaciones comerciales.
  • Contar con vehículo propio (2x4 o 4x4) y disponibilidad para desplazarse continuamente por las zonas asignadas.
