Reconocida compañía global del sector de salud visual, especializada en lentes de contacto e innovación para el cuidado ocular, está en búsqueda de su Representante de Ventas Especialista en Manejo de Miopía en Colombia, que será responsable de impulsar la adopción y crecimiento comercial del programa de manejo de miopía en clientes clave como ópticas, clínicas y profesionales de la salud visual.

Reportando directamente al Gerente Nacional de Ventas Colombia, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Ejecutar la estrategia comercial de manejo de miopía en el territorio asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas en valor y unidades.
  • Identificar, desarrollar y hacer seguimiento a oportunidades comerciales en cuentas clave, incluyendo ópticas, clínicas, profesionales de la salud visual y distribuidores.
  • Implementar el modelo de manejo de miopía en cuentas estratégicas, garantizando cobertura adecuada mediante visitas programadas, seguimiento comercial y uso de herramientas como Salesforce, reportes de visitas y planes de trabajo.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser profesional graduado en Optometría.
  • Contar con 4 a 6 años de experiencia en ventas dentro de la industria óptica, farmacéutica o de salud.
  • Tener experiencia comercial consultiva, manejo de cuentas clave, negociación y desarrollo de relaciones de largo plazo con clientes.
  • Contar con manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM, nivel intermedio/avanzado de Office, habilidades de presentación y disponibilidad para trabajo de campo y viajes locales.
