Reconocida compañía multinacional del sector salud está en búsqueda de sus Representantes de Ventas para Medellin, profesionales con fuerte orientación comercial y experiencia en la industria Pharma y/o dispositivos médicos, que quieran asumir un reto estratégico dentro de una organización sólida, innovadora y con alto posicionamiento en el mercado.

Impacto Directo en el Negocio: Serás responsable de liderar el crecimiento comercial de tu territorio, desarrollando relaciones estratégicas con clientes del sector salud y aportando al posicionamiento de la compañía en el mercado.

Rol Estratégico y Consultivo: Más allá de la venta tradicional, tendrás la oportunidad de construir propuestas de valor sostenibles, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y generar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

Exposición y Desarrollo Profesional: Harás parte de una estructura multinacional con altos estándares comerciales, donde podrás fortalecer tus habilidades de negociación, análisis y manejo de clientes clave.

Industria Estable y en Crecimiento: Ingresarás a una compañía reconocida dentro del sector salud, participando en una línea de negocio con gran proyección y constante evolución.

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Comercial, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de la zona asignada para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y recaudo.

Fortalecer el relacionamiento con clientes y actores clave del sector salud.

Identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento sostenible dentro del territorio.

Construir propuestas comerciales de valor alineadas con los objetivos de rentabilidad y expansión de la compañía.

Hacer seguimiento constante a indicadores comerciales y desempeño del negocio.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es importante que cuentes con las siguientes características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Formación académica: Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines al sector salud.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en posiciones comerciales dentro de la industria farmacéutica y/o dispositivos médicos.

Herramientas: Manejo de Excel intermedio - avanzado.

Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad para viajar según necesidades de la operación.

Soft Skills: Alta capacidad de negociación, orientación a resultados, comunicación asertiva y habilidades relacionales.
