¿Qué Harás en Esta Posición?

Como Senior Manager de Estrategia y Operaciones, serás responsable de diseñar e implementar estrategias que optimicen el desempeño del negocio en las verticales de Usuarios.

Tu rol será clave para analizar datos, identificar oportunidades y convertir insights en acciones concretas, asegurando que las decisiones estratégicas generen impacto real en la operación.

  • Liderarás equipos de analistas y managers en la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas.
  • Colaborarás con áreas como Producto, Marketing, Data Science y Customer Experience para elevar la eficiencia operacional.
  • Serás la voz analítica detrás de las decisiones que mejoran la experiencia de millones de usuarios y socios comerciales.
  • Influirás directamente en stakeholders clave y tendrás exposición ejecutiva constante.

¿Qué Deberías Tener Previamente?

  • Formación en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración o carreras afines, preferiblemente con experiencia en consultoría estratégica (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) o roles de estrategia y operaciones en compañías de alto crecimiento.
  • De 5 a 8 años de experiencia combinando consultoría + operación, con sólidos conocimientos en análisis de datos, toma de decisiones estratégicas y ejecución.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos de alto impacto.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas analíticas y de visualización (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Inglés avanzado (el equipo es regional y multicultural).
  • Ubicación: Ciudad de México o Bogotá
