Reconocida entidad especializada en soluciones financieras y de liquidez para empresas, con presencia internacional en Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y España, está en búsqueda de su Senior Underwriter en Colombia o España ( Residencia en Cali o Madrid) que sea responsable del análisis crediticio completo (cliente, pagadores y estructura) con veto documentado sobre las operaciones crediticias de la compañía.

  • Curva de aprendizaje acelerada: Especialización simultánea en producto (factoring, confirming, supply chain finance), riesgo avanzado y estructuración financiera internacional.

Reportando directamente al Chief Risk Officer (CRO), sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Analizar a fondo al cliente cedente (estados financieros, flujo de caja, endeudamiento) y la calidad crediticia de sus pagadores/deudores (comportamiento histórico, concentración y exposure).
  • Evaluar y diseñar la estructura crediticia de la operación (advance rate, recourse, garantías, condiciones precedentes y cobertura de seguro de crédito).
  • Redactar y defender Credit Memos rigurosos ante el Comité de Crédito, monitorear la evolución del portafolio asignado y ejercer veto documentado cuando una operación no cumpla con los parámetros mínimos.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • 3 a 5+ años de experiencia comprobada (hands-on) en análisis crediticio y underwriting dentro de banca, factoring, ABL o servicios financieros (sin curva de aprendizaje requerida).
  • Dominio en lectura de estados financieros, modelación de flujo de caja real y evaluación de carteras de cuentas por cobrar (deseable experiencia analizando PyMEs o corporativos en EE. UU. y/o Europa).
  • Excluyente: Inglés conversacional avanzado (B2-C1).
  • Experiencia redactando y defendiendo Credit Memos sólidos en Comités de Crédito con inglés bilingüe indispensable.
