Reconocida compañía multinacional líder en el sector salud y farma, está en búsqueda de su SFE & Sales Incentives Specialist en Bogotá, que administre el esquema de incentivos comerciales e impulse la efectividad de la fuerza de ventas mediante el análisis de datos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Traducir datos comerciales y tendencias del mercado salud y farmacéutico en información clave para la toma de decisiones del negocio.
  • Construir tableros analíticos, reportes de visibilidad y seguimiento periódico del rendimiento por líneas comerciales y territorios.
  • Gestionar y asegurar la correcta aplicación de los esquemas, reglas y parámetros de incentivos para la fuerza de ventas.
  • Evaluar y hacer seguimiento al impacto de las metas comerciales y los KPI de productividad del equipo comercial.
  • Articular proyectos y mantener comunicación continua con líderes de marketing, ventas y direcciones estratégicas.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas sobre los modelos analíticos y herramientas del área de efectividad de fuerza de ventas (SFE).
  • Auditar y verificar el cumplimiento técnico de las liquidaciones de comisiones (rol enfocado en efectividad comercial, no en nómina/payroll).
  • Respaldar a las diferentes unidades de negocio con análisis de datos cuantitativos y visión táctico-estratégica.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título profesional en carreras administrativas, ingeniería industrial, economía o afines.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en efectividad comercial (SFE) y compensación de ventas.
  • Trayectoria laboral previa indispensable dentro de la industria de salud/Farma (EXCLUYENTE).
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y analítica de datos (deseable manejo de herramientas de visualización como Power BI).
  • Comunicación asertiva, autonomía de gestión y excelente relacionamiento con distintos niveles corporativos.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 - C1 (EXCLUYENTE).
