¡Buscamos Solutions Manager Senior para importante BPO Global!

¿Eres un estratega de preventa con pasión por la tecnología? En T-mapp estamos en la búsqueda de un perfil híbrido técnico-comercial para unirse a una importante multinacional del sector BPO y Tecnología.

El Solutions Manager desempeñará un rol crítico y transversal, liderando el diseño de soluciones de arquitectura de punta a punta (end-to-end) durante todo el ciclo de preventa. Su labor principal será traducir los requerimientos complejos de clientes corporativos en propuestas de valor escalables que integren tecnologías de RPA, Inteligencia Artificial y automatización de procesos. Además de liderar técnicamente la elaboración de respuestas a RFPs y licitaciones internacionales , será el responsable de definir modelos operativos, estrategias de pricing y narrativas de negocio de alto impacto (storytelling) para audiencias ejecutivas. Este perfil no solo actúa como un asesor estratégico durante la venta, sino que garantiza la alineación entre los equipos de ventas, delivery y los partners tecnológicos para asegurar que la solución propuesta genere un valor tangible y transformador en la operación del cliente.

Puntos Clave del Perfil:

  • Ubicación: Residencia obligatoria en Colombia.
  • Idiomas: Inglés fluido (C2) y Español profesional.
  • Experiencia: Preventa técnica, manejo de RFPs y licitaciones internacionales en industrias de BPO o IT.
  • Expertiz: Diseño de soluciones integrando IA y RPA.
