En T-mapp estamos acompañando a una importante compañía de software respaldada por un fondo internacional de Private Equity, que se encuentra en una etapa de aceleración y transformación. Actualmente, buscamos su próximo Strategic Finance & Corporate Development Manager, una posición que será clave para impulsar la creación de valor y acompañar las decisiones estratégicas del negocio.

Esta persona trabajará de la mano del equipo ejecutivo y tendrá una alta exposición a los inversionistas, liderando análisis financieros y estratégicos que impactarán directamente el crecimiento de la compañía, la asignación de capital y el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Strategic Finance: Desarrollarás modelos financieros y análisis que fortalezcan la toma de decisiones, evaluando la rentabilidad por productos, clientes, segmentos y canales.

Business Performance: Analizarás indicadores clave como CAC, LTV, unit economics y demás métricas financieras para identificar oportunidades de mejora en rentabilidad y eficiencia.

Corporate Development: Participarás en la evaluación de oportunidades de crecimiento orgánico e inorgánico, apoyando procesos de M&A, análisis de inversiones y asignación de capital.

Estrategia Comercial: Trabajarás junto a los equipos comerciales y directivos para optimizar estrategias de pricing, canales de venta y modelos de crecimiento rentable.

Value Creation: Liderarás iniciativas estratégicas, convirtiendo análisis complejos en recomendaciones accionables para el equipo ejecutivo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Entre 3 y 7 años de experiencia en Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking o consultoría estratégica.
  • Experiencia sólida en modelación financiera avanzada y análisis de negocios.
  • Capacidad para estructurar problemas complejos y convertir datos en decisiones estratégicas.
  • Excelente criterio de negocio, pensamiento analítico y comunicación ejecutiva.
  • Residencia en Ciudad de México y disponibilidad para trabajar bajo un modelo predominantemente presencial.
