Reconocida compañía de servicios integrales de aseo, limpieza, mantenimiento y soluciones operativas está en búsqueda de su Supervisora de Planta / Supervisora de Limpieza Hospitalaria en Bogotá (Zona Sur), para liderar la operación de limpieza y desinfección en un entorno hospitalario de alta exigencia.

Reportando directamente a la Subgerencia Operativa, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Supervisar y coordinar el equipo operativo de limpieza hospitalaria, garantizando el cumplimiento de los protocolos de aseo, desinfección, calidad y bioseguridad.
  • Gestionar novedades de personal, turnos, reportes de nómina, vacaciones, dotación, insumos, maquinaria y equipos necesarios para la correcta prestación del servicio.
  • Actuar como canal de comunicación entre el cliente y la organización, atendiendo requerimientos, diseñando planes de mejora y fortaleciendo la fidelización del cliente.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en carreras administrativas o afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años supervisando personal de limpieza en el sector hospitalario.
  • Conocimiento en reporte de novedades, organización de turnos, control de personal, manejo de insumos y seguimiento operativo.
  • Manejo de Excel y capacidad para implementar planes de mejora orientados a la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
