Reconocida compañía del sector manufactura, especializada en la transformación de plásticos y el desarrollo de soluciones para diferentes industrias, está en búsqueda de su próximo Supervisor de Producción para laborar en Bogotá. Buscamos un profesional con capacidad de liderazgo, orientación a resultados y sólidos conocimientos técnicos en procesos de transformación de resinas plásticas, que contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad y eficiencia operativa de la planta.

Reportando directamente al Jefe de Planta, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción en calidad, cantidad y oportunidad.
  • Verificar el correcto diligenciamiento y seguimiento de las órdenes de producción en proceso.
  • Coordinar la recepción y entrega de turno asegurando la continuidad operativa y la comunicación efectiva entre supervisores.
  • Liderar equipos de trabajo en planta, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos y de seguridad.
  • Apoyar técnicamente los montajes de moldes, cambios de referencia y ajustes de proceso en máquinas inyectoras y sopladoras.
  • Supervisar el registro y control de los procesos productivos.
  • Coordinar con el área de Calidad la prevención y corrección de desviaciones en el proceso.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para incrementar la productividad y eficiencia de la operación.
  • Gestionar las novedades de personal, relevos, ausencias y distribución de recursos durante la operación.
  • Velar por el orden, aseo, seguridad industrial y correcta utilización de herramientas y elementos de protección personal.
  • Evaluar el desempeño del personal a cargo y apoyar los procesos de formación e inducción.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería de Plásticos o Ingeniería Mecatrónica.
  • Recién egresado con experiencia inicial en procesos productivos o mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia práctica en transformación de resinas plásticas.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de procesos de manufactura dentro de la industria plástica.
  • Conocimientos en operación y ajuste de máquinas inyectoras, sopladoras y/o extrusoras.
  • Experiencia en montajes de moldes de inyección y soplado.
  • Conocimientos en procesamiento de resinas plásticas y control de procesos productivos.
  • Manejo de personal operativo y conocimientos básicos en administración de la producción.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y orientación al logro.
