Reconocida multinacional del sector farmacéutico, está en búsqueda de su Supply Chain Head / Supply Chain Manager en Bogotá que lidere y optimice la cadena de suministro end-to-end, garantizando alto nivel de servicio, resiliencia operativa y un enfoque sólido en cost to serve.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia local de Supply Chain alineada con objetivos globales/regionales y con las prioridades del negocio en Colombia.
  • Asegurar excelencia logística y cumplimiento: almacenamiento/transporte con 3PLs, gestión robusta de inventario, importaciones/exportaciones y cumplimiento INVIMA/DIAN + OEA.
  • Las demás funciones estratégicas y operativas requeridas por el rol.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación profesional (ideal posgrado) en Supply Chain Ingeniería / Administración / o afines.
  • 8–10+ años de experiencia en Supply Chain, con 5+ años liderando equipos, idealmente en multinacionales con operación LATAM.
  • Logística local e internacional, importación/exportación y aduanas.
  • Manejo sólido de ERP (SAP), Excel avanzado/analítica, negociación e influencia ejecutiva; inglés avanzado obligatorio. (MÍNIMO B2)
