Buscamos para una importante firma de reclutamiento Talent Recruitment Specialist

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionarás procesos de atracción de talento end-to-end, desde el sourcing inicial hasta el cierre con cliente y candidato.
  • Realizarás pre - screening, entrevistas por competencias y análisis de perfiles para garantizar el mejor match.
  • Te encargarás de mantener un relacionamiento cercano con clientes, presentando reportes y avances de los procesos.
  • Utilizarás herramientas de búsqueda innovadoras para identificar y atraer perfiles mid-level y C-level a nivel global.
  • Colaborarás con un equipo dinámico que comparte buenas prácticas y trabaja de manera remota, impulsando resultados de alto impacto.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en atracción de talento, gestionando procesos de reclutamiento de alto volumen, desde la publicación de vacantes, prescreening, entrevistas y el acompañamiento a los clientes en la toma de decisiones, asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad del talento y experiencia del candidato.
  • Inglés intermedio - avanzado (ideal, no descartable)
  • Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de sourcing, pre screening y entrevistas por competencias.
  • Experiencia en la gestión completa de procesos de selección y relación con clientes.
