Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bogotá

Reconocida compañía multinacional del sector salud e higiene se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo/a Talent Acquisition Specialist para Bogotá. Esta persona será responsable de planificar, buscar, atraer y seleccionar a los mejores profesionales para la organización, diseñando estrategias de largo plazo que fortalezcan la marca empleadora y permitan anticipar las necesidades de talento de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Planificación de talento: Anticipa necesidades de personal a corto y largo plazo junto a los líderes de área, evitando contrataciones reactivas.
  • Atracción y marca empleadora: Ejecuta estrategias de sourcing y posiciona la propuesta de valor al empleado (EVP) para atraer talento de forma constante, no solo ante vacantes abiertas.
  • Selección de candidatos: Lidera el proceso de reclutamiento completo (end to end) entrevistas, pruebas y validación de referencias— evaluando idoneidad técnica y cultural.
  • Experiencia del candidato: Cuida la comunicación y el trato durante todo el proceso, monitoreando indicadores como time-to-hire para mejorar continuamente la estrategia de atracción.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • 4 a 5 años de experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento y selección, idealmente en empresas multinacionales o del sector salud/consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia en estrategias de employer branding y sourcing activo (LinkedIn Recruiter, portales de empleo, bases de datos).
  • Manejo de entrevistas por competencias y pruebas psicométricas.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (interacción con equipos globales). EXCLUYENTE
