Reconocida compañía líder en el sector de la medicina funcional y la suplementación avanzada está en búsqueda de su Representante Visitador Médico, quien cumplirá con el presupuesto de ventas y/o rotación mediante la efectiva promoción de los productos y los programas de educación establecidos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Lograr el cumplimiento del presupuesto en ventas, rotación y recaudo asignado.
  • Realizar visitas médicas presenciales aplicando estrategias y técnicas de ventas.
  • Garantizar la asistencia de los médicos a eventos de formación, diplomados y actividades virtuales o presenciales de la compañía.
  • Identificar nuevos prospectos para el crecimiento y cuidar la rotación del panel recibido.
  • Dominar conceptos de medicina funcional y el portafolio de productos con el fin de compartirlos con el personal medico al cual impactara.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

  • Actitud de servicio y comunicación asertiva.
  • Habilidades de negociación efectiva y gestión del tiempo.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad de planificación estratégica.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar fuera de tu ciudad base según las necesidades del ciclo comercial.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación Académica: Profesional en areas de salud
  • Preferiblemente con diplomado en visita médica.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en funciones afines al cargo de visita y promoción médica.
  • Conocimientos: Dominio de técnicas de venta y conceptos básicos de medicina funcional.
