BraveTech - логістична компанія, що співпрацює з Defence-сектором країни та активно працює з міжнародними постачальниками. Має 150+ клієнтів серед виробничих компаній, військових частин та благодійних організацій та розширює цей список. Ключовими напрямками закупівель є електронні компоненти, обладнання та товари подвійного призначення. Значна частина закупівель здійснюється на азійських ринках, паралельно розвивається мережа постачальників у Європі.

Ми шукаємо Procurement Team Lead — лідера, який очолить та трансформує існуючу закупівельну команду компанії. Ми шукаємо не просто сильного закупівельника, а керівника, який зможе посилити команду та забезпечити компанії надійну систему роботи з постачальниками на міжнародних ринках.

Команда та структура

  • Команда закупівель: 8-10 спеціалістів
  • Тісна взаємодія з Head of Procurement (прямий репортинг)

Основні задачі:

  • Формування та реалізація закупівельної стратегії членів команди.
  • Управління портфелем постачальників та розвиток довгострокових партнерств.
  • Пошук, оцінка та залучення нових постачальників на міжнародних ринках.
  • Розвиток та диверсифікація мережі постачальників у Китаї та Європі.
  • Проведення переговорів щодо комерційних умов, цін та контрактів.
  • Управління категорійними закупівлями та розвиток категорійної моделі.
  • Побудова системи оцінки та управління ефективністю постачальників.
  • Управління командою лінійних закупівельників, розвиток структури та посилення експертизи команди.
  • Взаємодія з внутрішніми стейкхолдерами для забезпечення безперервності та ефективності закупівельних процесів.

Що для нас важливо:

  • 3-5+ років досвіду у закупівлях
  • 1-2+ роки досвіду на позиції Lead у відділі закупівель та досвід управління командою та розвитком співробітників.
  • Досвід управління закупівлями електроніки, деталей, запчастин, комплектуючих та товарів подвійного призначення
  • Практичний досвід з ERP.
  • Свіжий практичний досвід роботи з китайськими постачальниками та глобальними ланцюгами постачання.
  • Сильні переговорні навички та досвід управління контрактами.
  • Системне мислення, здатність будувати процеси та приймати рішення в умовах невизначеності, гнучкість і адаптивність
  • Вільне володіння англійською мовою (від В2) усно та письмово.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід у закупівлях для MilTech
  • Досвід розвитку постачальницьких мереж у Європі.
  • Розуміння міжнародних регуляторних, санкційних та compliance-вимог.
