Gridline Group — українська бізнес-група, що розвиває напрями міжнародної торгівлі, логістики та фінансів.

Група працює в середовищі швидкого масштабування, де одночасно реалізується велика кількість кросфункціональних, операційних і трансформаційних проєктів.

Для підвищення прозорості, керованості та прогнозованості реалізації проєктів Gridline Group розвиває централізовану функцію Project Management.

Про роль

Gridline Group шукає Project Management Officer, який очолить Project Management напрям і команду Project Managers.

Це роль для людини, яка відповідатиме не лише за окремі проєкти, а за всю систему управління проєктами: портфель, стандарти, процеси, контроль, ресурси, ризики та розвиток PM-команди.

Основна місія PMO — побудувати системну, прозору та керовану Project Management функцію та забезпечити перехід від управління окремими проєктами до цілісної системи portfolio management.

Project Management Officer напряму взаємодіятиме з COO та допомагатиме забезпечувати прогнозований execution ключових проєктів Gridline Group.

Основні задачі:

  • керувати командою Project Managers та Project Managers (Delivery);
  • ставити цілі та розподіляти проєкти всередині PM-команди;
  • контролювати результати роботи Project Managers;
  • розвивати команду та підвищувати якість управління проєктами;
  • управляти портфелем паралельних проєктів;
  • визначати та контролювати пріоритети;
  • контролювати строки, ресурси, ризики, залежності та ключові результати;
  • забезпечувати прозорість статусу проєктів;
  • управляти відхиленнями та ескалаціями на рівні портфеля;
  • побудувати та впровадити єдині стандарти Project Management;
  • запровадити Project Plan, WBS, RACI, Risk Register, Change Management та єдину статус-звітність;
  • сформувати єдині вимоги до планування, ведення та контролю проєктів;
  • побудувати систему Plan/Fact контролю;
  • визначити ключові PM-метрики;
  • аналізувати причини відхилень від плану;
  • управляти ризиками та змінами на рівні портфеля;
  • контролювати залежності між проєктами;
  • виявляти та усувати системні блокери;
  • управляти ескалаціями;
  • планувати та балансувати ресурси між проєктами;
  • контролювати завантаження PM-команди;
  • виявляти ресурсні конфлікти та перевантаження;
  • фасилітувати взаємодію між командами та учасниками проєктів;
  • проводити регулярні Project Reviews та Lessons Learned;
  • впроваджувати покращення в Project Management процеси;
  • підвищувати зрілість Project Management функції відповідно до бізнес-цілей Gridline Group.

Вимоги

  • 5+ років досвіду в Project Management.
  • Практичний досвід побудови або розвитку PMO / Project Office / Project Management функції.
  • Досвід управління портфелем паралельних проєктів.
  • Досвід управління та розвитку команди Project Managers.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з Project Plan, WBS та RACI.
  • Сильна експертиза у Risk Management та Change Management.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з Milestones, Dependencies та Critical Path.
  • Розуміння проєктних метрик і досвід роботи з Plan/Fact.
  • Досвід ресурсного планування та управління завантаженням команди.
  • Сильні навички фасилітації та кросфункціональної взаємодії.
  • Системне мислення та здатність побудувати процес управління проєктами з нуля.
  • Здатність працювати не лише на рівні окремого проєкту, а бачити весь портфель, взаємозалежності та системні ризики.
  • Робоче знання англійської мови на рівні B2.
