BraveTech - український постачальник комплектуючих для MilTech та виробників БПЛА. Компанія спеціалізується на міжнародних закупівлях і постачанні електронних, технічних та механічних компонентів, працює з постачальниками в Азії та обслуговує понад 150 великих клієнтів — серійних виробників, військових підрозділів і благодійних фондів.

Шукаємо Chief Procurement & Supply Officer, який очолить розвиток функції закупівель і постачання та побудує масштабовану систему Supply Chain.

Основна мета ролі — забезпечити необхідну якість, вартість і строки постачання компонентів, диверсифікувати базу постачальників, мінімізувати supply-chain ризики та оптимізувати закупівельну собівартість.

До зони відповідальності входитимуть:

  • Формування та реалізація Procurement & Supply Chain стратегії — побудова масштабованої системи закупівель і постачання.
  • Розвиток міжнародної supplier base — пошук, кваліфікація та диверсифікація постачальників, зокрема в Китаї та Азії.
  • Управління закупівельною ефективністю — переговори щодо цін, Lead Time, payment terms, Incoterms та довгострокових контрактів.
  • Побудова procurement planning та category strategy відповідно до прогнозів продажів і потреб R&D.
  • End-to-end управління Supply Chain — від замовлення компонента до складу: міжнародна логістика, митне оформлення, запаси та дефіцити.
  • Управління supply-chain ризиками та безперебійністю постачання — альтернативні постачальники, safety stock, shortage management.
  • Побудова та розвиток функції і команди — Procurement, Supply Planning, Logistics, автоматизація та впровадження системних процесів.

Обов’язковий досвід:

  • 5+ років досвіду побудови, розвитку та управління функціями Procurement та Supply Chain.
  • Практичний досвід міжнародних закупівель електронних, технічних та/або механічних компонентів.
  • Досвід роботи з постачальниками з Китаю та інших країн Азії.
  • Сильні навички переговорів: ціни, Lead Time, payment terms, Incoterms, гарантії та довгострокові контракти.
  • Практичний досвід повного циклу управління Supply Chain: міжнародна логістика, митне оформлення, управління складом та запасами.
  • Досвід диверсифікації постачальників та управління ризиками в supply-chain.
  • Досвід управління та розвитку команд Procurement, Supply Planning та/або Logistics.
  • Англійська — Upper-Intermediate+, достатня для міжнародних переговорів і роботи з контрактами.

Бажаний галузевий досвід:

  • MilTech / Defense.
  • Electronics / Hardware.
  • Automotive.
  • Великі системні дистрибуційні компанії.
  • Інші бізнеси зі значними закупівельними об'ємами або високою вартістю компонентів.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи з ERP/MRP-системами.
  • Досвід управління значними закупівельними бюджетами.
  • Досвід масштабування міжнародної Procurement / Supply Chain функції.
  • Досвід побудови системних procurement policies, approval processes та автоматизації функції.
