Gridline — група компаній, що розвиває бізнес у сферах міжнародної торгівлі, логістики та нових напрямів. Група перебуває на етапі активного масштабування: створюються нові юридичні особи, розширюється міжнародна діяльність та ускладнюється корпоративна структура.

Компанії групи вже працюють з іноземними постачальниками та міжнародними торговельними операціями. Паралельно розвиваються логістика і trade finance, а в перспективі розглядаються інвестиційні та девелоперські проєкти.

Юридична функція на рівні групи сьогодні перебуває на етапі формування та частково підтримується зовнішніми консультантами.

Role overview:

Gridline Group шукає Chief Legal Officer, який побудує юридичну функцію групи практично з нуля та стане бізнес-партнером керівної команди.

CLO відповідатиме за формування юридичної стратегії, побудову внутрішньої команди та процесів, корпоративне структурування групи й нових бізнес-напрямів, корпоративне управління та документообіг.

До сфери відповідальності також входитимуть організація договірної роботи, супровід міжнародних контрактів та іноземних контрагентів, юридична підтримка торговельних і логістичних операцій, питання трудового права та внутрішніх політик.

CLO має сформувати систему управління юридичними ризиками та базові compliance-процедури, координувати зовнішніх юридичних радників, підтримувати запуск нових бізнес-напрямів і брати участь у структуруванні майбутніх міжнародних, інвестиційних та корпоративних проєктів.

Очікуваний результат — системна внутрішня юридична функція з командою, зрозумілими правилами взаємодії з бізнесом, упорядкованою корпоративною структурою, стандартизованою договірною роботою та меншою залежністю від зовнішніх консультантів.

Requirements:

  • Вища юридична освіта.
  • 10+ років професійного юридичного досвіду.
  • Досвід роботи Legal Director, Head of Legal, General Counsel або на аналогічній керівній позиції.
  • Практичний досвід побудови або трансформації юридичної функції.
  • Глибока експертиза у корпоративному праві та договірній роботі.
  • Досвід супроводу міжнародних контрактів і взаємодії з іноземними контрагентами.
  • Досвід роботи з групами компаній та кількома юридичними особами.
  • Досвід взаємодії з власниками бізнесу та топ-менеджментом.
  • Високий рівень автономності, системності та бізнес-мислення.
  • Сильні компетенції у strategic thinking, business acumen, risk management, corporate governance, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, systems thinking та change management.

Will be a plus:

  • Досвід в імпортно-експортних операціях.
  • Досвід у логістиці.
  • Досвід у холдингових структурах або міжнародних групах компаній.
  • Досвід в інвестиційних структурах.
