Visão geral da posição: Buscamos um QA Pleno/Sênior com forte conhecimento em automação de testes e visão de qualidade de ponta a ponta, para atuar em uma squad ágil com foco em todo o ecossistema de TVs de um de nossos clientes.

O profissional terá papel ativo na promoção da cultura de qualidade, evolução das automações e apoio à gestão de pipelines CI/CD, contribuindo para entregas mais seguras, eficientes e escaláveis.

Modalidade de contratação: CLT.

Modalidade de trabalho: Híbrido (2 a 3 vezes presencial).

Localização de preferência: Rio de Janeiro/RJ ou São Paulo/SP.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como referência de qualidade e automação dentro da squad.
  • Planejar, desenvolver e evoluir automações de testes funcionais, regressivos, de integração e APIs.
  • Promover a cultura de qualidade desde o refinamento até a entrega.
  • Apoiar a definição, manutenção e melhoria dos pipelines CI/CD.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura, DevOps e SRE.
  • Garantir a confiabilidade dos ambientes e estabilidade das execuções automatizadas.
  • Participar dos rituais ágeis da squad.
  • Acompanhar métricas e indicadores de qualidade e automação.
  • Apoiar análises de falhas, incidentes e problemas relacionados à qualidade.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como QA PLeno/Sênior, com forte atuação em automação. Mínimo de 3 anos em QA, sendo ao menos 2 anos com automação de testes;
  • Experiência com Playwright ou ferramentas similares.
  • Conhecimento em TypeScript, JavaScript e Python.
  • Experiência com testes de API, integração, regressão e testes funcionais.
  • Conhecimento em infraestrutura e/ou DevOps, incluindo CI/CD, cloud e containers.
  • Experiência prática com pipelines de integração e entrega contínua.
  • Conhecimento em Git e fluxos de deploy.
  • Vivência com testes de performance
  • Experiência trabalhando próximo a times de SRE ou DevOps.
  • Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com boa comunicação.
  • Ensino superior completo.
